Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my Free or Premium limit? +
On Free and Premium plans, you receive a notification when you approach your monthly quota. You can upgrade mid-month to unlock more capacity. There is no automatic overage billing on these plans.
How does Pro usage billing work? +
The Pro plan includes 20h of transcription and 25M AI characters per month. Beyond that, you are billed €2/h for transcription and €2/million characters. Your real-time dashboard shows exactly your consumption and end-of-month projection.
How do community library credits work? +
When a user transcribes an episode, that transcription is shared with the entire community. If someone else looks up the same episode, they access it directly without consuming their own credits. The more the community grows, the more transcriptions you access for free.
Is my data secure? Where is it hosted? +
Your data is hosted in Europe (EU), in compliance with GDPR. Audioask is developed and operated from Switzerland, with strict privacy standards. Your data is never used to train third-party AI models.
