What languages are supported?
Audioask transcribes in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and several other major languages. The detection is automatic — no need to specify it.
What does "1h of transcription included" mean?
The free plan includes 60 minutes of audio transcription per month. A 60-minute episode = 1 credit. A 30-minute episode = 0.5 credit. Unused minutes don't roll over.
Is the quality good enough for professional use?
Yes. Our engine (based on Whisper) achieves 99%+ accuracy on clean audio. In noisy conditions or with strong accents, expect minor errors. You can edit the transcript directly in the app.
Can I download the transcript?
Yes — on the Pro plan. You can export in TXT, Markdown, SRT (subtitles), and PDF formats. Free and Premium users can copy any passage directly from the app.
Can I transcribe private or unlisted episodes?
Yes — by pasting the audio URL directly. Any publicly accessible MP3/MP4 file can be transcribed.
